<\/a>This is the first view of the discwheels on the kitebuggy.
\nThe wheel is based on a two layered 100 mm wide rim made of alluminium with anodized treatment.
\nThe hub is a MG production made of stainless steel.
\nAlso the spokes are stainless steel and 3 mm thick.
\nWe have chosen for crossed mounting because this is compared to a straith mounting better.
\nThe forces are divided over\u00a0the X<\/em> and Y<\/em> component and therefore the internal force\u00a0of the spoke is less.
\nComing weeks we will test the wheels on several substrates.
\nWe want to optimize the wheels for a perfect quality.
\nWe think there is always some space for improvement.<\/p>\n
